1. Introduction

Welcome to Loventure. Loventure is a mobile application operated by Rebel Pals Software Trading LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", or "our"). Loventure lets you connect with your partner and strengthen your relationship through games, questions, and quizzes.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using Loventure, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you sign in with your Apple or Google account, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. You may also provide additional profile details within the app.
  • Relationship Data: When you connect with a partner, we link your two accounts and store the content you create together — including game results, question and quiz answers, and chat messages — under your shared relationship.
  • Chat Content: Messages you exchange with your partner within the app.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, including features used, screens visited, and time spent, collected automatically through analytics tools.
  • Device and Diagnostic Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, crash logs, and performance data.
  • Subscription Information: Purchase and subscription status processed through the App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
  • Advertising and Tracking Data: With your permission, we collect your device's advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA) and related advertising data. This is used to measure the performance of our ads and attribute app installs across other apps and websites (see Section 6).

3. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you: when you create an account, connect with a partner, send messages, play games, or answer questions and quizzes.
  • From sign-in providers: when you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, those providers share basic account information with us as authorized by you.
  • Automatically: through analytics and diagnostic tools (described in Section 6) as you use the app.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our service

  • To provide AI-powered relationship insights based on your chats (see Section 5)

  • To measure the performance of our advertising and attribute app installs, with your permission (see Section 6)

5. AI-Powered Chat Analysis

Loventure offers a feature that analyzes your in-app chat conversations to provide relationship insights. To deliver this feature, we use the OpenAI API, a third-party artificial intelligence service provided by OpenAI, L.L.C.

  • What data is sent: only the text content of your chat messages. The data is fully anonymized before it is sent — we do not send your name, email address, user ID, device ID, or any other identifier, so the content cannot be linked back to you or your partner by OpenAI.
  • Who it is sent to: OpenAI, L.L.C., which processes the data solely to generate the analysis. OpenAI is contractually bound to protect this data and, per its API data usage policies, does not use API data to train its models. You can review OpenAI's privacy practices at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
  • Your permission: we ask for your explicit consent within the app before any chat data is sent for analysis. If you do not consent, your chats are never shared with OpenAI. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the app settings, which stops any future sharing.
  • Retention: on our side, the chat data used for analysis is kept for a maximum of 24 hours and is then permanently deleted. We retain only the resulting analysis, which contains no raw chat content.

6. Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate Loventure. Each provider receives only the data necessary to perform its function, is contractually obligated to protect your data, and provides a level of data protection equal to or greater than the protections described in this policy:

  • Firebase & Google Analytics (Google LLC): app infrastructure, usage analytics, and crash and performance reporting, used to analyze our product and fix bugs and crashes. Receives usage data, device information, and diagnostic data. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): subscription tracking and management. Receives purchase information and an app-specific user identifier. Privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
  • Meta / Facebook SDK (Meta Platforms, Inc.): ad measurement and install attribution. With your permission, receives your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), advertising data, and app-event analytics, which Meta may use for third-party advertising and its own advertising purposes.   • OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.): anonymized chat analysis as described in Section 5, only with your consent.
  • Apple and Google sign-in: authentication when you choose to sign in with your Apple or Google account.

App Tracking Transparency: On iOS, before we collect your advertising identifier or allow tracking across other companies' apps and websites, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you do not grant permission, we do not collect the IDFA or use your data for this kind of cross-app advertising. You can change this choice at any time in your device settings.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers listed in Section 6, subject to strict confidentiality agreements, or where required by law, such as to comply with a legal obligation or protect the rights and safety of our users.

8. Partner Connection and Shared Data

Loventure is built around your relationship with your partner. When you connect with a partner, the content you create together — game results, question and quiz answers, and chats — is stored under your shared relationship and is visible to both of you. If you disconnect from your partner, this shared relationship data is no longer accessible through the relationship, and you can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 12).

9. Subscriptions

Loventure offers premium subscriptions managed through RevenueCat and processed by the App Store or Google Play. When one partner purchases a subscription, premium access is extended to both partners in the relationship, which means your partner can see that the relationship has premium status. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never receive or store your payment card details.

10. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

  • Account and relationship data: retained for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion.
  • Chat data sent for AI analysis: retained for a maximum of 24 hours, after which it is permanently deleted. Only the resulting analysis is kept.
  • Analytics and diagnostic data: retained according to the retention policies of our analytics providers.

12. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time, directly from within the app or by contacting us at the address in Section 16. Once your request is processed, your account information, relationship data, and content are permanently deleted from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

14. International Data Transfers

We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Wherever your data is processed, we require the safeguards described in this policy, and our providers are bound by contractual commitments to protect your data.

15. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy within the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Where a change affects how your data is shared with third parties, we will ask for your consent again where required.
